East Valley High School 1st annual 3 v 3 Tournament When:  Saturday June 10th  Who: Boys currently in grades 5th - 12th Cost: $40 per team Details: 

• Play in brackets based on your grade level
• Minimum 3 games guaranteed
• Maximum of 4 players per team
• Registration due by June 2nd
• Limited team spots are available so register now!!
• Fill out team registration, and each athlete and a parent/guardian must fill out the district concussion / cardiac arrest form (One for each player attached with registration form) to be turned in with registration.
